Circuit boards are warranted for 13 months from date of shipment. Printers are warranted for 100 days from date of shipment. We warrant all boards and printers to be free from defect for the time period stated above. Items failing in warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
PPC is not responsible for lost customer sales or items that have been damaged by misuses, abuse, acts of God, improper installation or liquid spills. Damage from shipment must be reported to the carrier immediately and reimbursement must be made by the carrier. We do not pay for mileage or labor.
Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
PPC is not associated in any way with Gilbarco, Wayne, Tokheim or other OEM manufactures. We use their names and part numbers for reference only. Products of Petroleum Parts Canada Inc. are repaired and rebuilt to our specifications and are not products of the listed manufacturers.

For all returned parts – excluding cores – a 30% restocking fee will be applied. After submitting the Return Goods Authorization (RMA) form, you will be refunded for the remaining amount.
We reserve the right to charge for damaged or missing components. You will be notified prior to any additional charges being added to the invoice. All items must be returned in static-safe packaging to protect our mutual investment.
Core Returns
On all orders, the core must be returned within 60 days. After 60 days, if the core has not been returned, a charge equal to the net selling price of the core may be applied. Cores must be returned in a like-for-like manner or an upgrade charge may be invoiced. Cores that are damaged beyond repair or are not able to be rebuilt will not be accepted or honored for exchange.
Please complete the Return Goods Form and send it to PPC with the returning cores.
FEDEX and UPS are our carriers of choice. At time of account set up, we will give our customers the opportunity to use the third-party billing option. This will allow them to take advantage of their established discounts with FEDEX or UPS; otherwise we will prepay and add the charges to the invoice.
Standard Account
Province Sales/Use Tax: If you are exempt from Sales Tax, you must provide a copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate for all applicable provinces.
PPC credit terms are NET 30 days unless otherwise stated or paid by valid credit card. Past due balances shall be charged an interest charge of 1.5% per month. Past due accounts are also responsible for all collection fees, legal fees, and/or court costs related to the collection of the past due account.
Payments shall be applied first to accrued interest charges and second to payment of principal.
Applicable Law
In the advent of any action brought to enforce this agreement, these terms and conditions shall be governed and in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta. To be granted credit, the undersigned will/will not submit a financial statement. Any misrepresentation in this application will be considered evidence of fraud since this information is the basis for the granting of credit. As an inducement to grant credit, the undersigned warrants that the information submitted is true and correct. PPC is authorized to investigate the references listed to establish credit.
Priority Account
New customers wishing to establish credit need to simply fill out our credit application. Call us for an application or you can find it here. Prior to credit approval, initial orders may be placed using Visa or MasterCard.
Established customers qualify for the following terms.
To receive the 4% Prepayment Discount, a company check, money order, cash or completed wire transfer must be received prior to shipment. To receive the 2% Net 10 Day Discount, payment must be received no later than 10 days after the date of invoice. We send invoices on the same day as shipment. Accounts not paid by the Net 30 Day Terms will be charged interest at an APR of 2% and will be subject to COD or prepayment terms.
